A beautiful sunset over Hopkins Sand and Gravel.

Facing west on Main Street. The park's shelter in the foreground on left side. Cold food storage truck in the parking lot of what used to be the Berloun Saloons.             Lyn and Bryant Andersons in the background (aka Luedtkes) and Hopkins Sand and Gracel

Walking up the cemetery road on a beautiful winter day in January of 2021. Agnes Kryzer's home in the background. One of the earliest farms in Beroun,                        owned by the Chalupskys.

Cemetery to the left. Mark and Mary Skalickys behind that. Earl Derr owned the property prior to Mark buying it. On the right is Maury Montbriand's home.                      It was Adeline Miller's home for many years prior.

Looking east on Main Street. On the right is the park with the Snowmobile Club just around the corner. The Hotel and Confectioner shop stood on that lot                        prior to this building being built. It had been home to the Kuzel family also for a number of years. The house had a fire when it was unoccupied and it was tore                down in the 90's.  The home on the left is Ruuds. They have been there a number of years. The Glen Kurzhal family built the home in the 80's.

The snowmobile club put up this playground equipment. When my kids were growing up they had a giant slide, swing set, monkey bars and there were picnic                 tables in the shelter. I wish I had taken photos of it back then, but I never imagined that they would have taken that all away.                                                                     The Beroun Lion's Club established the park in theearly 80s.

This is Praha Ave. It runs past the Catholic Church. This photo was taken when Donny and Amanda Brown lived in the blue house. It has since sold and they put           up a new garage where a dog grooming business is run. The green house has been home to the Fontaines for quite some time. The yellow shed is an original               structure built in the early 1900s.

The white fence was added about 10 years ago. The new sign was put up about 2018. Those pillars have been there a while.

This renovation was just completed last year I believe. Either 2019 or 2020

This is what the cemetery looked like in the early 1900's. I don't have a picture of what it looked like in the 80's. I remember there were still gates, but the arches             were gone. If any one has a photo, please email me at pegskalicky@hotmail.com
