A congregation of some 15-20 families had organized in Beroun on February 2, 1914 and built a 20’x30’ church that summer one block east of the creamery.  Rev. Harry Barnes, living then on the present Frank Kubesh, Sr. farm, had charge of the congregation.  The church remained unused for some time and was moved west of Beroun near to the North Star School in 1934.
