The above photo is his '36 Chevy, that he drove at 14, parked in front of the house he lived in with his grandpa.  The house still stands and is just to the west of where I live now.  He led an amazing life during the best times in Beroun. He loved the stability after he got married, and that is why he was so content. 

The second story on this page was a school assignment that my daughter Stephanie Skalicky did. She also had given him a book to write down his memories for her. The last page pretty much sums up what a humble, kind man he was.
